KOH SAMUI THE PEARL OF THAILAND

Koh Sami is Thailand third largest island at 247 square kilometers, and during theblast decades it has become on of South East Asia’s premier tourist destinations.

Koh Samui sits snugly in the Gulf of Thailand, surrounded by other island gems like Koh Phangan and Koh Tao and is located 84 km east of Suratthani, the provincial capital on the mainland, with soft sand-beaches shaded by towering palms, delicious fresh seafood and a vibrant nightlife. Samui has a magical formula that seems to cast its spell on everyone.

Many visitors are content to laze the days away on the beach, soaking up the sun and cooling of in the turquoise waters, but for action enthusiasts there are plenty of choices. Diving and snorkeling, kayaking and windsurfi ng, beach volleyball and off-road driving (and other similar activities).

One of the island’s most appealing features is its loop road, which makes a 56 km circuit around the island, giving tantalizing glimpses of superb beaches on the north, east and west coasts. It runs past sleepy fi shing villages and through seas of coconut palms, passing Samui’s most impressive waterfall and tempting turn-offs into the highlands along the way. Other attractions on or near the road a butterfly farm, an aquarium, a monkey training-centre and health spas dedicating to pampering the body.

There is plenty on Samui to keep even the most jaded traveler happy for a week, two – or even more.

Reservations

All services must be booked through EuroAsia Tours ideally by e-mail to info@euroasia-tours.com. Maximum details are required to fulfill reservations efficiently. Please provide full names, number of person, hotel name and room types.

Confi rmation

All reservation requests are normally confi rmed by return e-mail within one working day.

Cancellation

The booking cancellation should be sent to EuroAsia Tours no later than three working days prior to guests’ arrival. No show charge on booked flight will be automatically charge as one way transfer.

Ticket confi rmations

EuroAsia Tours provides free of charge for reconfirm Domestic flight tickets, but do not cover for international flight ticket.

Representative

In case of private transfer is required. EuroAsia Tours provides English Speaking guide escorted. For a joined transfer, English Speaking guide will meet and greet the clients at the airport only.

Payment

The payment must be settled to our Bank Account by bank remittance within 30 days after receiving our invoices.

Additional services that EuroAsia Tours will provide as your ground operator in Koh Samui :

• English/Russian/Hungarian Speaking Guide meets and kindly greets the clients at the airport and we always provide ticket reconfirmation for domestic flights free of charge and also welcome garland (flower) for all the women clients.
  
  
• During the transfer our Guide share the most essential information about their hotel.
  
  
• Every single couple gets an info book in English/Russian/Hungarian language which is full of all the useful information about Koh Samui which is presented in the nice color pictures.
  
  
• Our team will always check the rooms before clients arrival (making sure if the booked room is provided by the hotel, if the welcome fruit set in the room, and in case of honeymooners or any special request is it settled in the room.)
  
  
• Our hotel representative helps the customers to go through the check-in procedure of the hotel.
  
  
• During the first visit in the hotel the customers are informed about the most important information about the island and can choose the excursions where they would like to take part.
  
  
• Our Guide takes part and serves the customers during the excursions. (Samui Island Tour, Safari Adventure Tour, Angthong National Marine Park, Koh Tao & Koh Nang Yuan…)
  
  
• In case of the clients take part (at least three of) the tours we provide them a souvenir picture of themselves in frame with the logo of the company.
  
  
• We provide a small good bye present in the room one day before departure with a gentle letter and the logo of the company.
  
  
• Our Guide send the customers to the airport and assist during the check-in to the flight.
